Mid-County Office Reopens After Several Months for Renovations

PINELLAS COUNTY, FL—As of 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025, the Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s Mid County office—located at 13025 Starkey Rd in Largo—will reopen to the public.

The Largo office opens with a fully renovated interior, giving the space a modern look and feel. This will also allow the office to serve a higher number of citizens more efficiently. Employees who have been temporarily moved to other offices across the county during the renovations will return on Monday.

“Whether you are filing for a property tax exemption such as homestead, veteran, or other disability exemption or have questions about your property’s value, we are thrilled to serve you once again from this revitalized facility”, said Property Appraiser Mike Twitty.

The Mid County Tax Collector's office will also return to share the Largo space, which offers various services, including vehicle and vessel registrations and titles, driver licenses, paying property taxes, and more.
